Synopsis

four friends go on a pilgrimage to Turkey to get hair transplants. The play wrestles with virility, male loneliness, and the hairline as the final frontier.

BREAKDOWN

MAC: 29 years old; white male. Handsome, top of his class at business school, married - seemingly has it all. Relentless in his pursuit of success. A leader, persuader, and someone who can always rally the troops. Norwood 4 or 5.

RYDER: 30 years old; male. Former celebrated high school athlete, now tired of just being one of the boys. Deeply lonely. Minoxidil user. Norwood 5 or 6.

LEVI: 29 years old; male. A nonstop optimist and talker. Happy to go along with whatever the group wants. Loves his girlfriend, though it’s unclear if she loves him back. Norwood 5 or 6.

SEBASTIAN: 26 years old; white male. Mac’s younger brother. Deeply uncomfortable in his own skin, tired of living in his brother’s shadow. Desperate to be one of the boys. Full head of hair.
